The Lincoln ED031132 Lincore 60-0 Hard Facing Wire is an open arc wire resists higher levels of abrasion with moderate impact and can be used at temperatures of up to 700C (~1300F). With a soft arc, minimum spatter, smooth beads and low slag, this product is extremely easy to use. The product has a limit of two deposit layers and must be checked for cracks. Applications of the Lincore 60-O include bucket lips, ore chutes, dozer blades and ripper teeth and can be used under 802, 880 submerged arc flux. The typical hardness (as welded) exhibited by the product is ~ 60HRC.
