The orbital cutting motion provides speeds up to 35% faster than models without the orbital cutting feature. The Makita-built variable speed brushless motor delivers between 0-3,000 strokes per minute with XGT motor technology delivering up to 48 cuts per charge in 355 x 45mm LVL using one XGT 4.0Ah Battery (sold separately).
