Toolex's magnetic drill annular cutters (also called as core drill, core cutter, broach cutter, trepanning drill, hole saw, or cup-type cutter) are ideal for creating holes in steel, copper, aluminum, stainless steel and plastic, in either plate or pipe form. Annular cutters cut only a groove at the periphery of the hole and leaves a solid core or slug at the center. Annular Cutters are best used in conjunction with a pilot pin (sold separately).

Features:
- Tungsten Carbide Tipped (TCT) designed for use on Magnetic Drilling Machines.
- Deep drill depth of 110mm
- Equipped with a spiral flute which creates optimum chip removal and makes seizure next to impossible.
- Longer life* when cutting mild steels but are excellent when cutting hardened steels including stainless steel. *Compared to HSS Annular cutters.
- Used to drill in hardened materials such as HARDOX steel, stainless steels and high tensile strength steel such as railway tracks.
- Universal shank design size 19.05mm to suit most brand of magnetic base drills.
- The Toolex cutter with its universal shank will fit the standard Weldon grub screw style of fitting as well as ‘Quick release’ style connectors for Magnetic Drills.
- Less susceptible to breakage than High Speed Steel Cutters, especially in larger diameters and lengths.
- Recommended use with pilot pin for drilling ideal result (sold separately - 510130 - 7.98 x 160mm)
